Last updated August 2026. These terms apply whenever you order editing, automation, or management services from Menticore.
These terms are between you and Menticore LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Our production team works out of Pakistan, but Menticore LLC is the contracting entity for all orders, invoices, and agreements.
Menticore provides video editing, YouTube channel automation, and social media management services, delivered according to the package or custom scope agreed at the time of order.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. Prices for standard packages are listed on our pricing page; custom orders are quoted individually before work begins.
Delivery windows stated at checkout or in your order confirmation are estimates based on the scope agreed. Delays caused by late feedback, missing source material, or scope changes on your side may extend the timeline.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed at the time of order. Revisions must relate to the original brief. Requests that change the brief significantly (new footage, a different script direction, and similar) may be treated as a new order.
Once a project is delivered and paid in full, ownership of the final edited video transfers to you. Menticore retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
You're responsible for providing accurate briefs, any required footage or assets, and for holding the rights to any material you supply for use in your project.
Orders can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once editing has started, cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled under Wyoming jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
